If you come to Dublin, you have to take the Guiness tour. It's quite the interactive learning center (you can never know too much about your beer) that walks you through the yeast, barley, hops and water process. Wanna know where they buy their hops??? Some from the US and I am guessing that some of the hops near grandma and gramps house made it over here at one point! Best part of the tour is the pint of Guiness at the top of the brew house.
