Ahoy Matey.. it's Halloween...

And so it is. Fall is one of my most favourite times of the year. The air is cold, the ground covered in morning frost and the sunrise enticing steam from the ground. Squash, pumpkin, soup, and food that warms you from the inside. I've been cooking up a storm with poached pears, and apple crisp. Yum. I also love this time of year because of Halloween - playing dress up is always fun. This year, I went as a gold-digging Pirate!
